The Time I Threw All Caution To The Wind.

I was living alone in an old caravan parked by the roadside in the Australian bush.

I’d lost everything.

I was bankrupt.

Then something amazing happened.

I decided to write to new pen friends.

This was in the days before the Internet.

I had nothing to lose.

I wrote to Concerned Singles in Canada.

Free to enter.

I could afford that.

Who wats to know an untypical Aussie, I wrote.

I could manage the cost of a stamp to Canada.

Who would have believed it.

I was swamped by concerned singles from around the world.

“Me, me, me,” they wrote.

Wow.

So began one of the great adventures of my life.

At the same time another great adventure began.

A true mystery fell into my lap.

I was drawn to begin to solve it.

About paranormal evidence to reveal a cover-up in England.

So out of my humble caravan grew amazing new adventures.

Side by side.

You can read my incredible story – of two great adventures – which changed my life.

In my book I reveal all.

Every detail.

Every emotion.

Every romantic episode.

It’s a fun and entertaining read, says one reviewer.

What They Didn’t Tell Us About Life.

It’s how I came to search for ethical Truth and look what I found.

It’s in my new 104 page book.

In what seems a lifetime ago a chance meeting with a Librarian who became a close friend opened a door that I found I couldn’t resist.

Was there more to life than meets the eye?

So began my own lifelong search I tell the story of my meeting with the Librarian in the first chapter of this book.

The following 17 chapters tell of unusual personal experiences that followed that reveal my quest to find it.

As if I had opened the door to the answers I was seeking.

Although I didn’t know it.

A second evolution.

Parallel lives.

The secret of Destiny.

What our soul can tell us.

The unknown cause of climate change.

The ethical nature-affirming culture that’s already changing the planet for good.

How we can change the world ourselves.

All in easy-to-read bite-size chapters you can digest quickly.

Young Is The New Old.

Why Not.

What’s stopping us from staying young.

Even when we’re feeling a little bit old.

Is ‘old’ such a dirty word.

Because old can be the new young.

Easy.

Your body will follow your mind.

How your mind works is the secret to how your body works.

Yes, your body can be the result of regular visits to the gym.

But doesn’t your mind tell you to go?

Your mind is really a control freak.

It’ll tell you if it thinks you need it.

And have you been told lately?

About anything.

About what your mind tells you that you need?

Even what your body tells you what you need.

You don’t always need to visit the gym

What do you need?

Yoga?

Stretching?

Meditation?

Walking the dog?

You’ll be told.

Are you listening?

As a winner of an award for excellence in business creativity said:

“I just trust my beeps.”

Start listening to your beeps and there’s a good chance you may be an award winner too.

Even for turning your age into an example of the New Young.

Read the book Ageless Body, Timeless Mind’ by Dr Deepak Chopra.

Everyone should read it.

I have no financial interest, I just believe in it’s message.

And its author.

It’s how we can stay younger healthier longer.

At least we should do something about keeping our minds and bodies going long after the ‘old’ word takes hold.

It’s certainly not in my vocabulary.

I wish you long life and a happy one.

I’m Really Only One Year Old.

That is, if I lived on Uranus.

But then, if I lived on Neptune I would only be half a year old (and a bit).

So on this planet Earth it seems like I’m getting old.

On Uranus or Neptune I’m just a baby.

On the other hand, if I lived on Mercury I would be 350 years old.

How embarrassing to admit that.

The point is, age is only related to the number of times our planet, whichever one, revolved around the sun.

We speak of our age as if it’s a given, always a fixed number.

Maybe we’re only as old, or as young, as we feel.

Let’s stop talking about our age as if it’s a given.

A fixed number.

It’s only the number of times the Earth has revolved around the sun.

Here’s another point.

Maybe if we started thinking of ourselves as how we feel, our emotional and mental age, that might be a different story.

Then maybe, through the power of thought, we would actually become that age.

Refuse To Get Old.

Why do we all hang on to the word ‘retirement’?

Like it’s a place we all go when we reach a certain age.

It’s how we all end up, at a fixed age, perceiving our world, seems to me.

Once we’ve retired that’s it.

We enter another world

A world where life is completely different.

Where we have permission to sit back and take it easy.

We quit work and enter a world where all our dreams come true.

Except that it’s the time we start to get old.

Doing nothing can mean letting our mind deteriorate through lack of exercise.

I’m talking about the mind.

What a waste.
