How Can We Change The World For Good?

Just by thinking we can make it so.

How?

Here’s the core secret.

Just thinking can make it so.

Alone we can make it so.

With our thoughts we are creating the world.

For better or for worse.

The world doesn’t discriminate.

Think greed and that’s what we get.

Think ethically, for the greater good, can be the same.

Think Nature friendly to respect the planet on which we live.

Eco-friendly for the sake of our kids and for the future.

It’s up to us.

You and me.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

Think about it.

“Thoughts are things,” wrote Napoleon Hill in his famous bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich’.

The riches he wrote of were the riches of life.

I believe them.

Thinking is easy.

Or is it?

What are you thinking in every waking moment?

What are you watching?

What games are you playing?

What dramas are you watching?

And thinking about?

What if we all start to think about how we want the world to be.

Doesn’t cost anything.

We can think from home.

Keep it to ourselves.

They’re OUR thoughts.

Yet our thoughts can change the world for good.

You’re only one person, you say?

Not if lots of us think to change the world for good.

Ethically.

Sustainably.

The kind of world we want for our kids.

Those thoughts create a world thought form.

The thought form we want for our kids.

I have something to say.

I heard Erin Brockovich last night say, if you have something important to say, don’t hold back.

Say it.

Well, I have something important to say.

Will you agree with me.

We can change the world by what we think.

And say.

And watch on our screens.

And the video games we play

Because as we watch, play, become involved, we think.

What we think is what we get.

In every moment of our lives we are thinking the state of the world we live in.

As a force for good.

We are our own creators.

“We but mirror the world,” said Mahatma Gandhi.

“This is the Divine mystery supreme,” he added.

We can change the mirror.

What we see is what we get.

We could change the world if we but change the mirror image.

In other words, change the stuff we think about.

We don’t need to go anywhere.

We don’t have to leave home.

We don’t ever need to speak.

Just think.

Thinking makes it so.

“Thought are things,” is the first chapter of Napoleon Hill’s famous bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich’.

Here’s the link to my new book ‘Stories From My 50 Year Search For Truth’ – learn more HERE.

It’s a small book of 104 pages, easy to read.

Please read ir.

It’s about what I have to say in a nutshell.

Our thoughts can shape our world.

It’s how we can change the world.

Let’s start.

Will you make the change yourself.

Love and Peace.

What Happens To Your Thoughts?

What are you thinking right now?

Is it what you did last night?

Your many problems?

Your money worries?

Is it what you found disturbing on the news this morning?

Or the night before?

Maybe the movie you watched last night.

Or all of the above.

But what no-one is telling us is that we all may be getting the very thoughts on our minds, good or bad, without knowing it.

In our daily lives.

In the world.

What if our thoughts create our reality.

All of them.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

Pretty outrageous.

But what if it’s true.

“Thoughts are things,” was the title of the first chapter in Napoleon Hill’s famous world bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich.’

It was a very materialistic book about how our thoughts can make us rich.

And I would add, or poor, or sick, or unhappy, or anything we might think at any time.

Doesn’t that make you think?

Aren’t we all a little alarmed at the world right now?

I am.

Which makes me want to shout out to the world:

“What on earth have we all been thinking?”

Do you agree?

Think about it.

Best wishes,

Neil.

When The Dust Clears . . . How Are We Supposed To Live?

You may not believe me when I say I’ve lived the good life with nothing for last 30 years. So I wonder, have I already lived the model for how we are supposed to live in the future?

There are secrets I wish to share.

Experiments in life that we would only tackle when our back was to the wall.

Some of my experiences were crazy.

I embarked on adventures I would never have even imagined had my life and small business not have crashed leaving me with nothing.

I lived in an old caravan in the Australian bush for 5 years, homeless, penniless and lost.

Then, what happened was an adventure I could never have contemplated or planned unless my back was to the wall.

Which is the title of the book I’ve written about what happened next.

It’s called ‘Man Steps Off Planet’.

But there’s more.

My experiences have made me realise that we need a whole new system of welfare to enable everyone, no matter what their financial situation, whether employed or living in poverty, to survive and to live a good life.

The philosophy has already been proposed, even tested in some countries, and supported by a long list of prominent business people and economists.

There’s Barak Obama, economist Milton Freidman, Mark Zukerberg, Bill Gates, Richard Branston, and a whole list of others.

It’s called a Universal Basic Income.

This world changing plan provides every citizen above a certain age, without a means test, to receive a guaranteed basic income, enough to survive.

Everyone would be free to earn a regular income as well or to do as they wished with the money.

It’s their choice.

With such a safety net anyone can follow their dreams, their passions, and still be successful over time.

Especially if time is what they need.

In my case, I tried to establish a new trend in advertising creativity.

I had no capital backing me and so my freelance copywriting business crashed and burned.

Same with my daughter who started her own massage business that went downhill through no fault of her own.

Who knows how many talented people have been struggling to survive after attempting to implement their potential genius.

But there are other secrets I learned on how to survive and thrive.

I certainly haven’t become depressed or settle for living in poverty.

Instead I’ve followed my lifetime dream to write and publish my own books and, in so doing, kept my brain active and alive.

I was able to work from home, wherever that was, even in a caravan.

It’s a secret to living a long and healthy life.

It’s been the secret of keeping alive following my passion for the past 30 years.

Nothing should hinder the urge to follow our passion, even if for artisans, for example, the income that those passions generate take time to materialise.

Which is a good reason why the world needs the support of a Universal Basic Income.

Is it so crazy to suggest that the time to prepare for the future is now?

I share my other big secrets in my book ‘Man Steps Off Planet’.

I’ll give you a hint. You might be surprised to know that I was greatly influenced by Napoleon Hill’s bestseller ‘Think & Grow Rich’ (click to view video) combined with Stuart Wilde’s ideas (click to view video).

Best wishes

Neil
