What Can We Do, You & Me, About the World?

What can one person do, alone, to change the world?

Even just a little bit.

I hear people saying just this.

What can we do?

What can I do?

I’m just one person.

I’m nobody.

What can I do?

Well, I’ve thought that too.

Until I wrote this small book

. It’s about what I can do.

Which is nothing.

Nothing compared to people who are famous, are influencers, are in a position to make a difference.

But then, I’ve written a book.

It’s all I can do.

But here’s the thing.

I know what we can do, as individuals, as ordinary people, without a voice.

Except our own.

So I want to invite you to read the book.

I have found the way that ordinary, everyday people like you and me can do something.

You can without making a fuss.

Unseen.

Alone.

Quietly.

Ethically.

Peacefully.

Without going anywhere.

Just where you are.

Here’s the link to my book ‘Romancing Your Life. Changing The World’.

Doesn’t cost much.

Won’t bore you.

Easy to read.

Get it and together we can change the world.

Let’s give it a shot.

It may be now or never.

Love and peace.

How to Make Good Stuff Happen.

Think about it

That’s the eternal secret of making stuff happen.

It’s the eternal secret of health.

Thought.

That’s it.

What you think is what you get.

Thoughts in, reality out.

Your thoughts create your reality.

It’s the hidden secret of the word ‘abracadabra’.

The magic wand of life.

I’ve written a small but powerful book ‘Romancing Your Life. Changing The World.’

About how your thoughts are creating your reality.

And more.

Look for the secret message at the front that’s the abracadabra moment for everything.

Every day, every minute, we’re being hit with thoughts that are not real.

But that’s what is creating our reality.

Drama.

Conflict.

Bullying.

People being unkind to people.

That’s what is creating your reality.

You can change that now.

Watch what you think.

Don’t watch the evening news.

Because it’s creating your reality.

What you think is what you get.

Think big but think nice.

You could change the world.

Love and peace.

Do You Hate Your Job?

Are you one of the 85% of people in the world who don’t like their job?

Is this mind-blowing figure such a surprise?

Because in a study by respected Gallop worldwide, most of us don’t care much for our jobs.

Is this why most of us don’t care much for our world today?

Shocking?

And what does anyone care.

More to the point, what are we going to do about it?

Fix the world or change the function of our jobs?

What about both.

Buy my new book ‘Romancing Your Life. Changing The World’.

If 85% of us hate our jobs then what hope has the world got to be loved by the world?

Not much.

What to do?

In an article titled ‘Why 85% of People Hate Their Jobs’ a worldwide Gallop Poll of 160 countries showed that 85% of people are unhappy in their jobs.

The author of this Gallop study, titled ‘The World’s Broken Workplace’, is Jim Clifton, Chairman and CEO of Gallop.

If you don’t like your job you are not alone.

So why do they persist in telling us that we all need one of these jobs that most of us don’t like.

Isn’t it creating a world of negative thought?

A world disinterested in what we do with our main purpose in life?

An attidude of regarding our workplace as a negative experience.

We can do better.

That is, if we are to change the world.

To make this a better world.

To improve our lives.

Instead of making our lives unpleasant in our daily experience.

Love and peace.

Introducing the Abracadabra Moment.

You can do magic.

Just by using words.

Is this what the word ‘abracadabra’ really means.

That every day, in every moment, we’re doing our own magic with our words.

Preposterous?

I believe it’s a hidden meaning of the famous words.

In any language.

Our words create thoughts.

Thoughts have power.

Just by speaking them.

I call it the ‘Abracadabra Moment’.

We do it all the time.

Usually without thinking we’re thinking it.

It’s the secret of abracadabra.

It’s the principle of the Law of Attraction.

Say the words we wish to attract often – and words we don’t even think to attract – and that’s what we attract.

To give you an example, in every moment of our waking lives the media is bombarding us with words.

It’s those words – and all the others – that create an ‘abracadabra moment’ every day of our waking lives.

But we don’t realise it.

Even our critical words directed at our kids are creating their reality.

Even though it’s not our intention.

Sad.

Because those words all create reality.

Our own and that of our innocent kids.

Think about it.

Here are positive messages we can use to create wonderful ‘abracadabra moments’.

For ourselves and our kids.

Think about it.

Love and peace.

What If Wishes Came True.

When we were still hunters back in the days of the cave man we expected danger.

So we were alert to danger all the time.

Danger was our expectation.

But now, we no longer live in a dangerous jungle.

Or do we?

What if today is the ‘new jungle’?

The ‘concrete jungle’.

The corporate jungle?

The technology jungle?

And it’s Darwin’s survival of the fittest?

We act and make decisions based on survival.

Our own everyday survival.

In a jungle.

Whatever kind of jungle we like to call it.

But what if we were to remove the jungle?

In our minds.

Because that’s what it is.

The jungle of our imagination.

What if we don’t participate in this jungle mentality.

Think differently.

What if we don’t think – and act – as if we are about to be attacked by a lion.

We do have that choice.

It’s only the information around us that says otherwise.

Even if our data gets compromised.

Even if the company we’re subscribed to gets hacked.

We have the choice not to participate.

It’s what the stories keep telling us.

What we wish for might come true.

Both the good and the bad.

And we can choose what we wish for.

What Happens When You Die?

A long time ago, far far away, I had a chance meeting with a Wise Woman.

She became a good friend.

Until she died of cancer a few years later.

She was the Librarian at the Melbourne Theosophical Society.

Their Headquarters is in Adyar, India.

With a motto of ‘There is no religion higher than truth’ they encourage the study of all religions.

I was in.

I threw myself into my own study of all spiritual philosophies.

Including what happens when we die.

Today I feel that our soul survives this lifetime.

And is reborn.

Lately I’ve been thinking:

Do I really want to leave this beautiful world?

With all its problems?

What if my next life is on an alien planet with no trees or birds or the smell of cut grass?

What if it’s all black-and-white without colour?

Or what if it’s a world of thought without physical form?

This is not such a bad place to live if only we could clean up the mess.

The poverty.

The destruction.

So let’s do it.

All of us who care.

You and me.

We already live in a world of thought.

Our thoughts need physical bodies to work though.

How can we clean up our beautiful planet alone?

Others are trying.

But how can we do it alone.

I know the answer:

With our thoughts.

Trouble is, isn’t it our thoughts that have created and maintained today’s messed up world.

From the pollution to the violence.

Physically others are doing all they can.

Then there’s our thoughts.

It’s your thoughts, together with mine and others, that could do the trick.

With our thought we can be there, everywhere, in a thought.

We can avoid the cruel television dramas.

The violent movies.

The computer war games.

The selective brain washing evening news.

We can replace that with our thoughts of the world we want, not the world that amuses us.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” the Buddha said.

Is it our only hope to create the world we want.

Think big but let’s think change.

Think about it.

Love and peace.

Neil.

How Hard Is It To Change The World For The Better?

We could do it just by thinking.

There’s nothing to do: except thinking.

Eric Clapton sang about it.

Okay, he was singing about a woman.

Or maybe not.

But you and I can do it by thinking.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

So much of his thought had a similar message.

What we think is what we get.

The trouble is, do we think about the world we want to have or do we think about what entertains us?

Isn’t the world we have right now pretty much the kind of world we watch for entertainment?

The dramas.

The violent movies.

The war games.

The evening news.

What we chat about.

There are ethical views out there than can bring into reality the kind of world we want.

If we want peace, for example, how peaceful are our thoughts?

“Thoughts are things,” wrote Napoleon Hill as the title of the opening of the first chapter of his bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich’.

I’m pleased to live in a world where today there are many people and many movements focussed on ethical, world changing topics.

Permaculture is making a difference in a more sustainable world with respect for our planet.

We can surely do the same.

“We but mirror the world,” said Mahatma Gandhi.

So what are you thinking?

Love and Peace.

Tip #2 in my Secret To Staying Young For Zero Cost: Beware Of Entropy.

Every physical thing rises and falls.

Like the Roman Empire.

Like ghost towns fallen from their heyday.

Like us.

We’re firstly young then we get old.

And when we’re young we don’t think about old.

In today’s modern world we don’t want to think about old.

Until, one day, old arrives.

That’s entropy

So my Tip #2 is: don’t ever think old.

Always think you’re young.

Even if you think you’re getting old.

Always think young.

Always do young things.

Think young thoughts.

Be with young people.

Always thinking’

Keep the weeds out of your mind.

That’s my secret to cast entropy aside.

Now you know about it you can do something about it.

How hard can it be to always think you’re young.

Is this the new trend?

Is young the new old.

It’s also a law of physics.

Known as the Second Law of Thermodynamics.

So why don’t we know about this?

Why?

Why does our body get struck down with physical illnesses when we still have an active brain, a mind, a soul?

But entropy only cares about your body, not your mind or your soul.

Why must it be so.

So what if the only way to stop entropy is to intervene when we’re still young?

Has entropy always been a missing factor?

The elephant in the room.

We live in a time when we have knowledge and wisdom, or the source of, at our fingertips.

I mean the fingertips we use to search, or to chat, online for whatever we need.

In an instant.

Does wisdom come from having adventures and living a full life?

Today it’s easier to have adventures from where we are.

Adventures of the mind.

Staying young.

That shouldn’t stop us from living our adventure.

Do you ever think about living longer, or better, because of what you think?

About what’s in your mind?

Think about it.

Let’s tackle entropy right now.

Costs nothing.

Take care.

Changing The World & Laws Of The Universe.

There are the Laws of Physics and the Laws of the Universe.

I can’t prove the Laws of the Universe but I know they exist.

For me it’s a matter of Trust.

If it was religion it would be called faith.

For me, through experience and an inner knowing, it’s Trust.

I think the Laws we live by, that the entire Universe lives by, were created at the time of Creation.

It’s a part of the Creation that’s not visible.

For example.

Newton’s Third Law of Motion says that for every action in one direction there’s another equal and opposite reaction in the opposite direction.

In many religions that Law of Physics is called Karma.

We reap what we sow.

Not judgemental.

Doesn’t discriminate.

But I think the Universal Law goes even further.

I’ve observed it in my own life experiences over the past 50 years.

I can’t deny it.

For every action in one direction in harmony with the Universe the Universe has your back and will support you.

I’ve experienced it many, many times.

For me it’s Truth.

Truth is the language of the Universe.

We might say, it’s Universal.

Then we might say, for every thought in one direction the Universe will have your back and will support you.

How do I know?

You’ll have to Trust me.

I just know it’s Truth.

And it’s taking Newton’s Law of Physics into the realm of Universal Law.

Which can’t be proven.

What if thought, then, can change the world.

Because the Universe will have your back and support you.

And because the entire Universe, including Planet Earth, is based on its own Universal Laws.

Trust me.

Love and Peace.

How Can We Change The World For Good?

Just by thinking we can make it so.

How?

Here’s the core secret.

Just thinking can make it so.

Alone we can make it so.

With our thoughts we are creating the world.

For better or for worse.

The world doesn’t discriminate.

Think greed and that’s what we get.

Think ethically, for the greater good, can be the same.

Think Nature friendly to respect the planet on which we live.

Eco-friendly for the sake of our kids and for the future.

It’s up to us.

You and me.

“With our thoughts we make the world,” said the Buddha.

Think about it.

“Thoughts are things,” wrote Napoleon Hill in his famous bestselling book ‘Think & Grow Rich’.

The riches he wrote of were the riches of life.

I believe them.

Thinking is easy.

Or is it?

What are you thinking in every waking moment?

What are you watching?

What games are you playing?

What dramas are you watching?

And thinking about?

What if we all start to think about how we want the world to be.

Doesn’t cost anything.

We can think from home.

Keep it to ourselves.

They’re OUR thoughts.

Yet our thoughts can change the world for good.

You’re only one person, you say?

Not if lots of us think to change the world for good.

Ethically.

Sustainably.

The kind of world we want for our kids.

Those thoughts create a world thought form.

The thought form we want for our kids.

Has The World We Watch For Fun Become The World We’ve Got For Real?

We say we want peace.

Then our thoughts are what we watch and games we choose to play for fun.

Not peace.

So when does fun become reality?

Is that our new reality?,

And is what we watch, and think about, our new world?

Are we really creating the world we’ve got?

If what we think is what we get then is what we’re thinking all the time creating our reality?

“With our thoughts we make the world,” according to the Buddha.

“We but mirror the world,” said Mahatma Gandhi.

“This is the Divine mystery supreme,” he added.

What if it’s true.

That what we think is what we get.

Is our TV watching actually creating the fictions we love to watch?

Daily.

Have the war games we play become true of the real world?

Do we ever imagine there’s a connection between the two?

Think about it..

Have we become a “watching society”?

Instead of a doing society?

Even more important.

Has our watching world become our real world?

Our new reality?

By default?

What Are You Thinking?

Do you ever think about what you’re thinking?

Are they good thoughts or, well, not kind thoughts.

And what if you could create thoughts of success, prosperity, health, whatever you choose.

I know how,

Read to the end of this post for a link to such thoughts you can play on an MP3 audio.

There’s something about your thoughts worth thinking about.

What you think is what you get.

Do our thoughts create our reality?

If so then with your thoughts you should be able to create, or change, your reality.

What would you like to create right now?

What would you like to change?

And what if you could give your mind suggestions on how to do that?

What if, what if the talk you could tell yourself might be a little more positive than all the other voices you’re hearing every day.

To nudge out the other talk.

Social media.

Text messages,

The news.

Friends.

And of course, yourself.

There’s lots of talk out there, every minute, every hour, every day.

But then, what about you?

Do you ever think that maybe you, yes you, might have something important to say to your self among all the chatter you are getting.

All the time.

What about you.

And then, what are you hearing?

Is it positive?

I’m guessing it may be mostly negative.

About you.

About the world.

Let’s stop it.

Why not take control of the quality of what you’re having directed at you every day.

At your mind.

Because what you think is going to be what you’ll get.

Maybe what you’re telling yourself – and what everyone else is telling you – is creating your life.

So the question is:

What about talking to yourself.

What about changing your thoughts to what you really want to know.

Like from negative to positive.

For example, to success, prosperity, healthier, more loveable.

I know a way you can talk to yourself.

So what do you want?

Prosperity?

Health?

To be more loveable?

Take your pick.

I know where you can find the very thoughts that you would prefer to be thinking.

Thoughts you can play that talk the kind of thoughts you would like to hear.

To replace those thoughts you’d prefer not to hear.

Then choose for your self exactly what you’d prefer to hear.

Instead of all those voices you’d prefer not.

I’ve used such programs for years.

For me they work.

You really can choose the talk you talk to yourself.

Success, prosperity, health, loveableness.

This one is for finding success (RIGHT HERE).

Or do you prefer to attract health.

Luck?

Money?

Click on the link above and choose from MP3 audio downloads of those and others.

Go for it.

Love and Peace.

Neil
